In May 2007 the chorus held their annual FABs (Friends of the Abbey Belles) open day which was attended by members of several local choruses including friends from the Humber Belles and Northern Comfort.

The chorus returned to Whitby Regatta in 2006. It blew a gale and rained all day but the fish and chips were lovely.

The Abbey Belles at the National Railway Museum in York, in May 2005. Members of the Chorus departing from Leeds after singing in prelims in April 2005. They scored 600 odd, a few points higher than the previous year. Do you wish you had a pair of red shoes like that? Or a pink handbag?
Hullabaloo competing in the final of the Bridligton Busking Festivel 2004. They came second. Several chorus members joined in the musical beacon for the Queen's golden jubilee in 2002. The singers in Leeds also included members of Harmony Days (now Main Street Sound), the Pennine Chimes and the White Rosettes. |
